How do I return/exchange an item?

If you are wanting to return or exchange any item(s), all you have to do is email us with RETURN or EXCHANGE as your subject and a brief summary of why you would like to return or exchange your item(s). We will reply within 24 hrs and email with the necessary instructions to return or exchange you item(s).

What is your returns/Exchange policy?

We are happy to offer a 14 day returns & exchange policy to all of our customers. On the condition that all items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within the 14 day return date. The 14 day return date begins when you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items.

• Kindly Note: we do not cover the cost of postage for the return back to us.

When an order has been placed, we send off the design and lengths to be printed, when we receive this, we quality check the fabrics. Once passed studio checks, orders are posted straight out to our fabulous customers.
 

(We advise ordering a Sample before bulk orders as design colours can vary from screen to screen and the design colour tones can look different from the original design)

Please note fabric orders can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Frantasia Haze offers FREE UK Delivery on Orders OVER £35. We use a Signed for delivery service with the Royal mail and offer a 1st and 2nd Class delivery option for your item(s).

UK Signed for Delivery 1st Class  - £6.50

UK Signed for Delivery 2nd Class - £3.95

Do you provide International delivery?

We offer an international tracked and signed for delivery service with the Royal Mail.

European Tracked &  Signed For Delivery - £15.00

Rest of World Tacked & Signed For Delivery - £22.50
