Frantasia Haze offers FREE UK Delivery on Orders OVER £35. We use a Signed for delivery service with the Royal mail and offer a 1st and 2nd Class delivery option for your item(s).
UK Signed For Delivery (1st Class) - £6.50
UK Signed For Delivery (2nd Class) - £3.95
European Tracked & Signed For Delivery - £15.00
Rest of World Tacked & Signed For Delivery - £22.50
International Postage
Do you provide International delivery?
We offer an international tracked and signed for delivery service with the Royal Mail.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a 14 day returns policy to all of our customers. On the condition that all items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days.
Kindly Note:
* We do not cover the cost of postage for the return back to us.
* Cut fabric in non-returnable.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM
If you are wanting to return any item(s), all you have to do is email us or use our contact us form, with RETURN as your subject and a brief summary of why you would like to return your item(s). We will reply within 24 hrs with confirmation of your return request.
